On the Road Again

So after a short and quick discussion between the three of us, we decided to head to Vegas for a few hours.

We first started in Chinatown, where we had my favorite traditional Chinese breakfast..             breakfast

This is honestly the real reason why my family and I go to Vegas so often. We don’t get breakfast like this in Utah. After stuffing our faces, we headed out to the Strip.

fashion showShop. We always shop when we come to Vegas. My guilty pleasure store is Forever 21…

forever21Especially because the one in Vegas is the biggest I have ever been in. Seriously, I’ve been lost in this store on several accounts.

And because it was over 110 F outside, we thought it would be a great idea to get smoothies

jambaWe weren’t wrong. And let’s just say that the smoothie boy even had the hots for one of us 😉

Then we started on our long journey back up to Salt Lake….Long because we decided to drive through Zion’s National Park.

tattooooDid I also mention that I am obsessed with these Mr. Kate Beauty marks? If you don’t know me very well, I’m hugely obsessed with tattoos. And because I’m too much of a wimp to ever get one myself, these suffice (no judgments, please).

Anyways, coming back from my tangent..

But then it started to get dark, and we knew we needed to hit the road.

peace outit got darkThe next few hours were spent in complete darkness, and fear that we had missed our junctions. And finally, around 1:30 in the morning, we pulled into my driveway.. But our adventures didn’t stop there!
